  They do make mistakes - but they took care of it.  We order pizza from this location  almost every week - so we get a free pizza every so often...
  
  One time they put the pizza in the wrong box - so they had to find our pizza - which they did -
  
  Just recently - the delivery person took my pizza out of the store - so they had to make another one for me.  By the time it was done - the original pizza returned - so I went home with two pizzas for the price of one.

  Papa John's is one of those pizzerias you order delivery from when everyone else has closed and you've run out of options. They've never had a reputation for great pizza, but when everyone else is closed, who cares about having a good reputation?
  
  Several weeks ago I found myself in such a situation where I needed to order delivery at the last minute, with Papa John's being one of the only options that was still open. Needless to say, I ended up regretting it for the rest of the week. Although the pizza I ordered wasn't terrible, the hatch chili cheese sticks were downright inedible. When I ordered from their website, the photos appeared to show fresh hatch peppers on their cheese sticks, but when I opened the box they turned out to be pickled. I tried to eat my best to enjoy them, but the cheese sticks were just too salty, pungent, and briny for even two people to finish. Completely unrelated to the taste, I ended feeling sick to my stomach the next day and had stomach issues for a week after eating their food.
  
  I went more than a decade without eating Papa John's and based on my experience with the food here, I don't think I'll be eating Papa John's again anytime soon. The food at pretty much every other pizzeria in the area runs circles around the food at this restaurant.

  Just received by pizza and it was incorrect. They had white Alfredo sauce on it instead of tomato sauce. When I called the store they put me on hold for a very long time. I end up hanging up never gotten a chance to talk to anyone to assist.

  There are always exceptions, but as a rule, I've always had good pizza from this store that's fresh and hot. I don't don't do delivery, but my pizza is always ready on time and fresh when I pick it up. The workers are friendly and polite as well.

  We called to order a delivery to our home and the customer service was awful. We have ordered online from this location many times before, so our contact info and address should've been in the system already. It took over 7 minutes to order two medium pizzas. The girl on the phone had no idea what she was doing and asked for help finding the address, confirming what came on a supreme pizza, and putting in our credit card info (which I had to repeat three times). Won't be ordering from this location again.
